Kateryna,
Move south! ;) Seriously though, sounds like you have figured out how to manage. Now I need to get me a Soleil Sun Alarm.

Cheers

What do you do when you live so far north that you would be sleeping all day in winter and staying up all day in summer if you followed the sun up and down sleep routine? Kind of messes up the working for a living proposition :P I suppose it could work if you were independently wealthy. Seriously though, I have read Lights out and now have for several years, black out curtains and aluminum foil taped on my bedroom window. Looks like I'm worried about aliens or something but it's well worth the stigma of madness to get a good nights rest.

Interesting. You've recommended this book so much that I'm going to put it on the list. Of course that means I probably won't get to it for about a year. I'm willing to try these suggestions though as the sound I hate most in the world is the alarm clock. I think my fiancee hates waking up more than me. So I'll run this by her.

Since I've been sleeping with my fiancee I've used the my cell phone as an alarm and I don't think I can get it to use the custom mp3s I use for ring tones so I use a default. Well, every time I here that ring at work for someone's phone, I have to resist screaming to shut it off. Needless to say I've associated it with a not so happy moment.

Another informative post.
