<description>I have heard that raw cabbage and other raw vegetables in the cabbage family, such as broccoli, have goitergens – substances that suppress the thyroid. Have you heard about this?</description>

<description>Sure, Scott! I just looked it up and found that it would be good for upping my breast milk supply!! Too bad the baby will be 17 next month!! Oh and that may explain the night sweats too...although I thought it was perimenopausal!! But the real reason I am using it is for the lowered blood glucose. Despite everything, it is still not as low as would like it to be!!

<description>Marc, I'm not sure if he was eating fake crab or real. It's been so long since I've seen one of those posts that I can't remember. If it was fake, I would bet he doesn't know it's that bad.

Sarena, you can bank on it having some beneficial properties. Every herb I looked at in my article on Herbs and Spices had loads of beneficial properties. Imagine that...people have been cooking with delicious, nutritious herbs for millenia!

Cheers

		<description>Scott,

I was always curious why Art Devany ate the crab stuff. I used to eat it too.
I've looked everywhere for a product without all the "crap". No luck.
