		<description>That's kinda as I figured Anna.  It's less about the gardening activity itself and more about the physical activity and fresh air.  Either way, it doesn't hurt.

gardening is a great stress buster

provides opportunity to produce Vitamin D, which protects against cancer

gardening gets people into outdoor fresh air, away from stale, toxin-loaded indoor air (indoor air is much more polluted than outdoor air)

time spent gardening means time not spent sitting in front of the tube, eating snacks</description>
