Atkins Diet Damages Blood Vessels?
If you didn’t see this report yesterday about that dastardly Atkins Diet and the long-term damage that it will do to your blood vessels, here you go.
The high-fat Atkins diet can cause long-term damage to blood vessels, as well as some of the inflammation linked with heart and artery disease, U.S. researchers reported on Tuesday.
Even better, let’s look at Dr. Mike Eades destroying the report. Good stuff Dr. Mike. Good stuff indeed! The bottom line is that the low-carb diet is constantly proving it’s superiority to the low-fat diet and those that have staked their livelihoods on the low-fat diet are running scared and reporting things that are a) flawed or b) untrue.
