USDA Junk Food Standards

Here is a sad look at what the USDA considers junk food. I can’t recall where I first saw this link as it was several weeks ago.
Here’s the first question:
Which drink is considered a junk food according to national school foods standards?
- Hi-C Blast
- Poland Springs Seltzer Water
- Neither
It’s put together by the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a group that rarely gets much right in the way of nutrition information, but if you ignore the attempts to throw in the dangers of fat here and there, it’s a pretty good look at the sad state of things in schools.
