How Sugar Subsidies Affect What We Consume
Here is an article about Jones Soda and their use of real sugar rather than the high-fructose corn syrup that the mass soft drink producers use. Sure, the use of “natural” sugar doesn’t make it okay to include Jones Soda as part of your regular diet if you hope to maintain optimal health, but it is better than high-fructose corn syrup. Anyway, I’m not advocating including any kind of soft drinks in your diet. I found the article interesting more from the standpoint of how politics and government policies affect the things we consume.
