		<description>I agree with you - to try and change the natural course of food industry economics is not a simple or practical task, unless we must change what we consume - so each individual must take responsibility for not only ourselves, but our family's eating and lifestyle choices.  Of all things, our eating and exercise habits are the things we love to find excuses for.</description>
