		<description>Amen!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I fear most folks are "deaf" to their bodies nowadays, so they can't really listen to their bodies.  They think it is normal to have GERD, heartburn, constipation, headaches, gas, lethargy, etc., and they don't connect it to their diet.  Even if they do, they often make the wrong connections, thinking it is the meat or the fat that is causing the problem instead of the massive amount of carbs they consumed with the meat/fat.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But I'm so glad you gave WebMD's list a "make-over" (WebMD is practically useless anyway, IMO).  Your list is much, much better and more useful to more people.  Now if they would only pay attention and try some of your suggestions ...</description>
